I got the Chipotle item and also bought the carry bag along with some extra balls. Unfortunately, the carry bag and those extra balls didn’t show up. I shot them an email since that’s the only way I know to get in touch, but I haven’t gotten a response yet. This was meant to be a Christmas gift.

Quick shipping! This is my second order from Chippo. My grandson is really into the game, so I’m getting him one for Christmas.

Update 11/22/22 - Chippo got back to me yesterday and they went ahead and applied the 20% discount to my order. So everything's cool now.

I ordered the item on 11/20/22 when they had a 20% off deal. I noticed they had the Apple Pay option, which seemed easier than typing in all my details, so I went for it. But it processed my order right away without letting me enter the discount code, and I ended up paying full price. The only way to reach them was through email, so I shot them a message - I forwarded my original order confirmation and explained the situation, asking them to apply the discount. I didn’t hear back, but then I got an email saying my product was shipped. So, I’m still waiting on a reply and my discount. I’ll update this review if I hear back from them.

I got two Chippos as presents, so I haven't actually played the game yet, but the shipping was top-notch. The product arrived in a double box setup. The outer box took a bit of a beating from the delivery service, but the inner box was in mint condition. No need for gift wrap... just slap a bow on it!

I really enjoyed the Chippo set, but for some odd reason, it didn’t include the balls. I reached out to them on Facebook and got a quick reply. They ended up sending me twice the number of balls to make up for it. A few days later, they arrived, and I’m totally loving it. It’s such a blast to play, and honestly, the customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had from any company.
